The experience level just means how much HTML knowledge you need to know if your using a particular layout. A Beginner level means you don't have to know much, an Intermediate level  means you should no basic coding skills like how to format fonts, use I frames and .css. And a master level simply means you should no a lot of coding like how to use .phps, make dividers and work with layouts that use dynamic effects. Layouts for your site:
