Look, affiliation and siblings exist so that webbys can make friends with each other. You don't apply for hits. Anyone can apply for affiliation if you feel that we can be friends, and if you can come a visit me at least once every 2 months.  Same goes for siblings but your quality of graphics and your site MUST be at the same level of mine or higher...which isn't that high^^

  You will get a reply within 2 weeks after sending your application if you are accepted. Please be patient and please don't take it personally if you don't get accepted, it just means your site requires a little more work. ( If you don't get a reply your not accepted) But feel free to try again when you update your site.
